Product Description
FR-G600 is a transparent high viscosity polysiloxane mixture of a linear silicone fluid and a silicone resin. It can help impart flame retardancy when combined with phosphate, ATH/MDH and other proper flame retardant systems in polyolefin and other engineering plastics. When compounded with properly Group II A metal organic salts and other ingredients, varying degrees of flame retardancy can be obtained. In addition, improvement of the flowability,heat resistance and aging-resistance will possibly achieved after FR-G600 be added into some resins.

How To Use
FR-G600 has poor fluidity because of its high viscosity. Generally, it is difficult to get homogeneous mixture if mix FR-G600 and base resin and additives in high-speed mixer. Batch mixing equipment including banbury and kneader are the better choice and properly base resin is also important for FR-G600 inside master batch.
If use FR-G600 master batch directly for injection molding, it is the must to dry materials under 80 - 120 °C for 4 - 8 hours.
Package/Storage
Net 25Kg/Card box and 200Kg/Drum are available.
The shelf life i at least 9 months if stored under 10°C-30°C in the tightly closed original container. If the product is out of the shelf life, it is necessary to check the properites for quality assurance reasons before use it.
